Mrs. 1.0 Wo Sweet and Mrs. O. 4. Porter hosted the Euterpean club gathering at Mrs. E. Wo Sweet’s home on Thursday afternoon. Mrs. Charles Raushdle led a “Picturesque America” program while Mrs. Vernon Hangerton spoke on “Our National Parks” with images from park visits. A duet “The American Hymn” was performed by Mrs. Cobvin and Mrs. Raney, with Mrs. Thekman as accompanist. A paper on “Arts and Crafts” was presented, and a George Washington themed decoration graced the event attended by club members.
