Church Group Seeks Old Clothes For Aid To Needy
The R I State Council of Churches with Church World Service sponsors a state wide clothing drive this week in Providence and Newport. Drop off at Jones Warehouse 59 Central St Providence Lans Warehouse 17 Seekonk St Newport and Manuel Bros 221 Third St Greenwich Ave. Needs include men's and boys clothing coats suits trousers work clothes underwear socks shoes blankets for refugees. Also summer items and children's clothing layettes bed linens sewing supplies and remnants.
