Our New Fall Stock will soon be on hand. We cut prices on bulk in stock items to hurry them out. Samples include quilts, blankets, handkerchiefs, ginghams, towels, flannel, cotton hose, ribbed hose, shirts, laundered shirts, and wrap skirts. Also children's jackets half price while stock lasts.
The Bristol Phenix Town Council met Tuesday afternoon with Messie Gibson Mason and Church present. Bills against all departments were allowed and sent to the town auditor. Several tax and nuisance items were referred to the appropriate officials. Damages to fowls due to dogs were compensated.
