Flowers Everywhere At URI Fall Flower Show 1969
The annual Fall Flower and Garden Show at the University of Rhode Island is set for Sunday September 7 from noon to 6. The Kingston campus hosts the R I Dahlia and R I Begonia Societies shows on September 6 and 7. Changes include a new 3000 square foot greenhouse and new gardens between greenhouses. The display features All American 1969 selections plus many coleus, snapdragon and petunia varieties. The herb garden is redeveloped into themed beds. URI horticulture and related departments will answer questions.
