In Bristol Massachusetts the Probate Court hears two estate matters on October 17 1946. The will of George W Kempf is presented for probate and set for November 4 1946 with notice to be published weekly for fourteen days. John W Church Clerk. The second matter concerns the will of Susanna Petit Jillson. requests to file probate in Rhode Island and letters of administration to be issued there. Court again sets consideration for November 4 1946 with public notice.
Notice is given that all licenses to keep for sale and to sell intoxicating beverages under Rhode Island law expire at midnight December 1 1946. Applications for licenses or renewals must be filed with the Town Clerk by 4 PM Monday November 4 1946. An accented fee of 2.00 must accompany each application.
