Christian H. Eckhardt of 12 Prospect Street owns a postal card from Hamburg Germany sent via the Graf Zeppelin in the first Atlantic airmail voyage to the United States. The blue stamp shows a Zeppelin over the globe with Amerika Europa flanking and Deutsche Luftpost on the border. The card arrived after a five day flight from Friedrichshafen to Lakehurst New Jersey.

Brookline Man Buys Drury Block and Land in Hope Street
The heirs of Hannah W. Drury sold the Drury Block on the west side of Hope Street opposite Linden Place to Benjamin Green of Brookline Massachusetts.
