O Neill Raymond twenty of 3 State street a former Maine resident was arrested at 3 30 this morning on charges of leaving the scene of an accident and operating without a license. He was arraigned at a special session before Emilide Trannuccillo clerk of the court and pleaded guilty to both charges. He was fined 25 dollars plus costs for leaving the scene and 10 dollars plus costs for driving without a license.
