Beginning Monday November 1 housewives will use Green stamps from War Ration Book Four to buy rationed canned fruits and vegetables. Registration for Book Four occurs next Thursday and Friday. Green stamps B and C will cover processed foods from November 1 to December 20 and replace the blue stamps from Book Two for these items.

FBI Chief Warns of Postwar Crime Wave
