Auto Cases At Court Session On Metacom Avenue Violations
The Fifth District Court met yesterday with numerous motor vehicle violations. Joseph Arouca pleaded nolo and was fined $100 plus costs for operating a vehicle on Metacom avenue. Manuel Alves faced two charges from a Wood Street collision and received fines of $25 and $10 with costs. Lionel Levesque's case on Metacom avenue was continued to Oct 28. Stanley R Shumway pleaded guilty to speeding on Metacom avenue and was fined $15. Daniel H Quinn was fined $10 for defacing property. an intoxication charge carried $2. Joseph Rego faced an assault charge in Warren with $10 costs. Gabriele Savano received $20 for rent proof of claim. Le Clair, Cavaco cases continued one week. Elmer Linder fined $10 for unlicensed driving. Leo Gagne fined $25 for copper wire theft from National India Rubber.
