District Engineer to Conduct Hearing on Harbor Obstruction
A public hearing is set for Monday October 24 at 2 oclock on the second floor of the Federal building. The goal is a preliminary examination of a harbor obstruction west of the Franklin street railroad station of the New Haven road. Written statements should be submitted for the record and may be mailed to the War Department or given to Mayor R F Fowler United States District Engineer in Providence.
