Roger Williams College opens new Bristol campus
The Bristol campus of Roger Williams College opened with classes and convocation on Monday marking the first collegiate gathering there since the 1850s. Gov. Frank Licht praised the site calling it the most beautiful college campus site in the country. Dr. Ralph Gauvey presided at outdoor ceremonies with Dr. Robert S. Long and Richard Cook.
