Fifth District Court Dockets Two Cases in Morning Session
Judge Frank H Hammill presided as two cases moved through the Fifth District Court. In the manslaughter matter, Richard J Kavanaugh’s police recommendation delayed the Subica case for two weeks after Manuel A Subica, in Fall River, pleaded not guilty in the death of 12 year old Antone Ligero from a truck collision at High Street and Borden Avenue. In a separate matter, Walter A Kenfauver of Providence sues Manuel R Silvia for embezzlement of 40 dollars, continued one week by agreement.
