Anthony Santos Sentenced 1 Year for Assault with Weapon
Anthony J. Santos, 26, of 29 Prospect Street, was sentenced to one year in prison by Judge Eugene L. Jalbert in Superior Court on November 7 for assault with a dangerous weapon. He threw a beer bottle from a moving vehicle at Norman Priddy, 22, injuring a sailor who lost an eye. Priddy was hospitalized in Newport and Bethesda, Md. Santos pled no contest. judge noted his prior record and deliberate nature of the attack.
