Funeral Service for Mrs. Philomena Bertrand

The funeral for Mrs. Philomena Bertrand was held Wednesday morning from her Borden avenue home at 8:80 and at St Marys Church at 9:00. Rev Thomas J Fitzpatrick celebrated a mass of requiem. A large attendance and many floral tributes marked the service. The Greg roiam rooss was chanted by the full choir under Miss Elizabeth Ormond and Miss Mary E H Pierce, organist. Mrs Bertrand was a devout member of St Marys Church and held in high esteem by all who knew her.
