Alfred W. Botelho, 38, of 254 Wood Street, given one year probation for assault on his wife after a beer bottle blow. A 30 day jail sentence was suspended. Lombardy, 25, of 14 Murphy Avenue, fined $10 and costs for speeding on a Barrington road. Several sailors from Newport faced speeding, drunken, and disorderly conduct charges with fines and probation. Civil docket awards damages totaling $1,350.
