Attending groups included G A R branches, Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts, American Legion, and Soldiers' Home veterans. Mrs Ernest Alder presided. addresses by Department President Wonathan Nicholas and others followed a flag ceremony led by Capt Alice W DeWolf. An orchestra, music by Capt Fred Moo Straight, and refreshments concluded the event.
