The Rotary Club staged the Rotary Frolic at Guiteras Memorial School auditorium to a large pleased audience. Rotarians served as hosts at stage tables while colored waiters added humor. Providence news reports La Salle Academy of Providence defeated Colt Memorial High School 30 to 12 in Guiteras Auditorium Friday evening. Jordan led La Salle with six straight baskets and eight successful free throws aided by Colt’s early struggles.
