Miss Rita Barbara Callan daughter of Luke H Callan of this town graduated last Wednesday from the Academy of the Sacred Hearts in Fall River Massachusetts. During four years she played on multiple athletic teams and served as pianist in the school orchestra. She was president of the Senior Class and captain of the school and earned a diploma from Catholic University in Washington for scholastic excellence. Next September she plans to enter Trinity College in Washington DC.
