Louis Mello twenty one of Court street told Fifth District Court that a car prank ended with a $20 cost after Police Chief Ferrara halted the zigzagging. Judge O'Donnell also fined Herman Kemph and Antone Estrella five dollars plus costs for failing to stop at intersections.
