Louis Mello twenty one of Court street told Fifth District Court that a car prank ended with a $20 cost after Police Chief Ferrara halted the zigzagging. Judge O'Donnell also fined Herman Kemph and Antone Estrella five dollars plus costs for failing to stop at intersections. The court placed Joseph Capabianco on one year probation after pleading guilty to possessing eight quarts of undersized quahangs found by Game Warden Arthur E. Burke.
