Trial at Bristol County Court Over Vitriol Attack

District Court session crowded as Thomas Jennsen faced two charges. He was probably guilty of assaulting Mrs. Jennsen and of killing William H. Clinton, with bail set at 8000 dollars for the former and no bail for the latter. Testimony described a Barrington store attack with sulfuric acid, linking Jennsen to the crime and his capture in Valley Falls. Additional cases included Lyman Potts liquor nuisance hearings and multiple minor fines, with coroner notes continuing to page four.
