Case Is Continued Involving Fatal Bay Avenues Crash
Witam Bone of Port E NY had a trailer truck in a fatal crash at the Bay s and Metacom Avenues on March 13. Judge D B Linehan granted a two week continuation. Bone pleaded innocent to the charge of acting to endanger and was released on bail. Police Chief Ferrara noted the case was continued after defense counsel requested delay. Manuel R. Coelho, 39, of River, was fatally injured as a passenger in a car driven by a 16 year old and the vehicle was in a crash with the trailer truck.
