Bristol Cottage Hospital Fund Reaches $1200 in Trust
A Phoenix article outlines the Bristol Cottage Hospital legacy from 1890s origins. Miss Josephine Boynton started fundraising aided by the Circle of King’s Daughters, with $500 growing to $1200, later tied to Mrs Arselia M. Babbitt’s will. The reformed Bristol Cottage Hospital aims for a charitable, noncommercial operation with a four room emergency setup and trustees including Clinton Sherman and W Fred Williams.
