Supreme Court Denies Kavanaugh Case Against Bristol Council
The Maine Supreme Court upholds the Bristol Town Council ruling denying the petition for certiorari to quash records. Justice Moss notes the acquittal in 1934 does not bar council action to remove a police chief for misconduct, and finds no prejudicial bias or improper oath in the hearing.
