Colt Memorial High School pupils presented Rose of the Danube a two act operetta directed by Mrs M Theresa Donovan before a large audience. Dorothy Klein starred as Rose with Joseph Brown as Darrell Davis as the festival unfolds in a Danube kingdom. Proceeds go to the school fund and senior class with a repeat performance planned tonight.

Guiteras Pupils Attend Service for Schoolmate

The M A M Show by Palace Players had its first performance last Saturday in the cellar of Frank Round’s house at 92 Constitution Street. Attendance was good and the audience applauded. Over 250 attendees including town officials enjoyed a spaghetti dinner and dancing to the casino orchestra.
