Denial delays coal yard zoning change in Bristol
The Bristol Town Council denied J Barnard French petition to rezone land owned by Benjamin Paull on Thames Street from Commercial G to Industrial H for a coal yard amid strong resident opposition. Eight property owners urged denial while council considered coal needs and possible alternate storage sites including railway land at Franklin Street.
