Mrs Goglia Denies Assault Furnishes $500 For Hearing
Mrs Concetta Goglia of 370 Wood Street Bristol was arrested on a private complaint accusing violent assault on Miss Isabel Ferreira of the same street. She pleaded not guilty before Justice Joseph Hammill and was released on $500 surety posted by Criscenzo Della Morte for Monday’s Fifth District Court session. Ferreira said Goglia struck her during an argument at Ferreira’s home.
