Judge F H Hammill presided in a long session from 9 to 1. Alexander Paulucci and Francesca Collucci were convicted of assault on Manuel Bottelho. fines $25 and $10 plus costs, with appeals noted. Botelho found not guilty in Paulucci’s complaint. Saturday Stanzione pled guilty to attempted assault on Bartley Keegan, bonds set at 1000 to keep the peace, with an appeal planned. Eastern Waist Company v L W Chantler Company entered for jury trial. Paolo Murgo v Giuseppe Ruggren continued one week.

Milligan, a West Barrington resident born in Lawrence Mass, arrives after training at Silver Bay and prior work with Pawtucket Providence Y M C A s. The Board praised Moorby s service and adopted resolutions at a special meeting held Friday night.
