Guilty pleas in Fifth District Court after August incident
In the Fifth District Court yesterday morning John Raposa and Ferdinando Cardone pleaded guilty to reveling on August 15 and were fined $3 plus costs. Judge F H Hammill also handled charges against August Almeida and Antonio Pinto for assault with a dangerous weapon a razor they were bound over to the grand jury. Bail set at $700 for each, posted by Frank G and Antonina Moura. Alexander Paullucci and Manuel Botelho faced assault charges with counter accusations, pleaded not guilty, case continued one week. Luigi Gambardella fined $10 for operating a car without a license after a collision near Wood and Bradford streets. Joyce Brothers vs. Jessie Lester defaulted in a civil case.
