Rotary Talk Highlights SPCC Work in Rhode Island

Miss Isabel Acquarone of the RI Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children explained the aim to keep children with their parents whenever possible. The private nonsectarian SPCC runs a 24 hour emergency home at 98 Doyle Avenue Providence and relies on private contributions to fund efforts. Judge Edward L.
