Mount Hope Boys' Club Outing Delights Local youths
The 2nd Annual Mount Hope Outing on Sunday drew about 16 Mt. Hope Boys' Club members who enjoyed swimming and softball. Four 9 inning games and one 12 inning contest used left hand batting. Food included sandwiches corn watermelon and soda as Gene Gladue played guitar around a closing fire with songs. the event ran to 10 pm. Committee organizers were Edward Travers James Fusco Anthony Nunes Joseph Castro Philipp DePasquale and Edward Silvia.
