The Bristol Town Teamm manages to face the Providence Rhode Island Silent Club on the common this evening at 5 3 sharp in a full nine inning game. Manager Kid Hope will pick his pitcher from Marsden Moore or Mello as Andrade catches and the infield includes Borges Securo Lemaire or Oliver Bruno with Marsden or Perry at short. The visiting Deaf and Dumb squad has yet to announce its lineup. Umpires are promised fair play with no abuse or wrangling.

Francis Jr. as vice president Manuel Alves as secretary and Raffaele Vaccaro as treasurer. Bristol Town Council Accepts Resignation of Sewer Commissioner
In a special Tuesday session Town Council accepted Harold E Hill resignation from the Sewer Commission. Elisha Hibbert was chosen to fill the term expiring in March 1935. Hill's resignation was sent to Town Clerk John W Church and postmarked in San Francisco after divorcing in Reno and remarrying, now living in San Francisco.

New Champions In All Divisions At Excelsior Club
The Bristol County tennis tournament at the Excelsior Tennis Club crowned new champions in five divisions. Wm M Fischer of New York defeated Hyman Lisker of Providence in a five set men’s singles final 6-3 3-6 4-6 6-4 6-0 after a two-set comeback deficit. Kraus and Shaw won the men’s doubles title 8-6 6-4 2-6 10-8 over the Buck Brothers. Mixed doubles went to O G Boynton and Mrs Marion Zinderstein Jessup 6-4 6-3, with Jessup later teaming with Boynton for a 7-5 exhibition win. Richard Thomson beat Fred Quinn in junior singles 4-6 6-3 6-3 6-4.
