Pagnano Not Yet Approached By Committee

Former Senator Pasquale Pagnano said he has no announcement to make about the Democratic Town Committee meeting held Sunday at the Bristol County Court House. The committee endorsed candidates for the State Legislature and town committees and unanimously agreed to ask Pagnano to reconsider, appointing a three member delegation.

Bristol Corps Sweep Worcester Drum Corps Contest

Bristol Rangers won the senior drum corps title at Worcester Mass with a 94 score, while the Boy Scout Corps earned 91. Two Week Continuance In Malicious Injury Case

An agreement between counsel has granted a two week continuance for the assault trial of three local men charged with malicious injury to property in connection with the playground incident that injured Sidney Jay Perroni son of Mr and Mrs Perroni. Perroni Journal Bulletin reporter was struck in the mouth by a baseball during an Animal League contest and received one stitch to close the cut at Dr Paul C Bruno’s office.

Seventh annual clambake held amid court case chatter
