It's tough being a star By Terri Kubitschek
Carol Avila of Kirkemuit Road stars in a TV commercial for New England Electric System solar heat. She earned 400 dollars for a 13 week run, spent quickly on gifts and dues. Union wages come from Horton Church and Goff, with AFTRA and SAG prompting union membership talks. The ad runs through May 26, and Carol hopes for another spot while raising her family in Barrington.
