Town Council Sets Adjourned Meeting for School Report
The Town Council designated Monday evening May 7 for a special adjourned meeting to consider the Elizabeth Wardwell General School Building committee report. The plan includes a junior high type school, site at Perry homestead Silver Creek, and cost estimates. The report was sent to the School Committee which asked for the adjourned meeting in line with a financial town meeting resolution.

He argued the traditional system fails to meet individual needs and vocational guidance and illustrated his points with pupil cases from his own school. The audience, including the School Committee, asked questions before the speaker left for the last tram.
