A 60 page booklet Why Prisons by Most Reverend Joseph H Schlarman, Bishop of Peoria, arrived with the author’s compliments. Schlarman chaired a governor appointed commission on prison problems, offering a thorough study of crime, its causes, cure and pendulum of reform both in the U S and abroad. Bob Doubt and partner Maxine Goudy from Canton performed two special numbers in the Werner dance recital at the Majestic Theater Tuesday night.

We Build A Trailer Forney Residence Ready For Move In
The 20 foot trailer built for Mr. and Mrs. Lee Forney is nearly finished in the old Kelly Supply Building. Chalmer Forney, architect and builder, designed a tanisiem base unit with two rooms separated by a sliding door and wardrobe, hot and cold water, air heating, a breakfast nook convertible to a bed, ample storage, gas stove, and electric lights. Copper window screens and a roof vent provide ventilation. The unit is fully insulated for year round use and suited for frequent moves.
