Stamford September 28 One of the new fleet of rum runner destroyers built at Ludengs Marine Construction company’s plant was launched at noon today. The boat C. G. u33 is steel grey, 75 feet long, 18 feet wide with a three foot draft, forward carries a gun and a machine gun rear. It is powered by a 200 horsepower motor and can reach 24 miles an hour. A radio system is installed and the crew will number eight. This is one of 175 rum runners ordered by the government nationwide.
