County Litigation Breaking Records in Fairfield County Courts
Fairfield County courts set records with rising new case filings since the June recess, surpassing prior years in the superior and common pleas courts. Eight new divorce cases flooded the superior court yesterday, joining a term that already shows the October volume as the largest in history, with September also at peak levels. Petitions include Anna Jones versus Johna Jones for cruelty and custody, Joan Rinka versus Mary Szabades Rinko for fidelity and desertion, and several others for infidelity, desertion, and name changes, with alimony claims in several instances.
