Passenger sues motorcycle owner in Connecticut court
Testimony proceeded yesterday in Superior Court over damages of 4000 sought by Hivine Paralsom of Puirfietd against Hagmond Richards of Wallingford and Siefried Sutton of New wrluth for injuries from a collision on the Berlin turnpike near Wallingford last January. Plaintiff alleges negligence. defense denies. Court expected to resume today with the jury.
