Miniskirt Model Murder Hearing Delayed to March 25
New Yorker Robert Lipman, 17, charged in the slaying of 18 year old Claudine DeBarre in London, saw his extradition hearing in Hartford postponed to March 25 after defense requests for more time to study British charges. Lipman remains in Federal Correctional Institution Danbury with documents impounded for 48 hours.
