Mrs. F. F. Booth Drowns in Kent River
Mrs. Mary Trowbridge Booth, 37, wife of Francis F. Booth, was found drowned in the Housatonic River near Kent. The Milford native, active in the Children of the American Revolution, left home Friday and was missing Saturday. Medical Examiner ruled drowning. Body found about 3:40 pm by an 18-year-old aiding state police near the Schaghticoke Reservation. Services set for Tuesday at 3:30 pm at St. Peter's Episcopal, Milford. Burial in Milford Cemetery. Survived by husband and eight-year-old son Curtis, plus three brothers C Huntington Trowbridge of Fairfield, Wakeman and Samuel Trowbridge of Milford.
