$10,000 Suit for Death of Child Opens Tomorrow

The $10,000 action filed in Civil Superior Court stems from the death of 12 year old Beck Kontorovsky on Stratford avenue last November. Harry Hershman, administrator of the estate, sues Frank Ty Clark and Joseph E Donovan of Naugatuck, the car’s occupants, over alleged negligence. The accident occurred near St Michael's cemetery after the girl alighted from a trolley and was struck before reaching the curb. Clark and Donovan contend the child appeared suddenly and could not be seen in time to avoid the collision. Clark and Donovan are represented by Judge John F McDonough of Naugatuck.
