Turco American Treaty Conference Delayed Over Three Points
July 18. The Turco American treaty talks stall on three main issues delaying progress. If the US insists, Turkey would push the Turkish subject provision into the treaty, but the US rejects any denial of American citizens' rights, leaving the matter for further discussions.
