J H Kelly to Take Over Poli Building Space
J H Kelly, owner of a pool hall and tizar store on Idainstrom, will occupy the second floor of the Poli building. The five year lease begins with Kelly gaining control of the specified area, extending from Levine Bros to Samuel’s store, with unrestricted use of the Main street stairway. Eight tenants must vacate by September 1 as the space is prepared for opening in the new store, and rents for older tenants rise with the redevelopment.
