Bombing Suspects Believed From Other Cities Infiltrate Philadelphia
Police officials in Philadelphia say the bombing that damaged three prominent homes likely involved outsiders brought into the city by local accomplices. New York detectives arrived to assist and focus on Edward Moore, once secretary to William Haywood, as a radical link. City councils plan rewards of 5 000 and 10 000 dollars as authorities keep strict guard over key sites and officials. In Vilna meanwhile Bolshevik influence grows as Germans refuse arms to defend the city, while Polish and German delegates clash over defense and allegiance.
