Bridgeport police identified victim Armando Rodriguez 33 formerly of East Main Street and Father Panik Village housing project. Domingo Marrero 20 of Holyoke was arrested and charged with murder after investigators traced the victim's address and found him in a Suffield tobacco field. Rodriguez’s wife located in Holyoke.
