The Sugar Equalization Board fixed cane sugar price for next year nine cents lower plus two percent f o b seaboard refining point. Wholesalers and retailers may use old basis until stocks of the cheaper sugars run out. No price averaging allowed. Refiners must account for any price increases to the Board.
