Miss Welch's Sister Dies Rites Pending
Miss Lucille Welch, Brady High School English teacher, learned Wednesday afternoon that her sister Mrs. Jack Tubbs of San Antonio had died. Tubbs had heart surgery in Houston over two months ago and had multiple hospital stays after returning to San Antonio. Funeral plans were not yet set. Tubbs survived by her husband, her parents Charley and Mrs. Welch of Goldthwaite, a sister Mrs. Walter Tubbs, and brothers Harry Tack and Jimmy Welch, plus several nieces and nephews.
