W. B. Pence dies at 96. Brady rancher laid to rest
William Burton Pence 96 of El Paso formerly Brady died Monday evening in an El Paso rest home. Graveside services were held Wednesday at Live Oak Cemetery conducted by Rev. Lamar Leifeste. Burial by Wilkerson Funeral Home. Born March 28, 1879 in Stockton California, he lived in Brady 1880 to 1934. Survivors include three daughters, five sons, a brother, 17 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. He was a farmer and rancher and a Baptist. He married Ardelia Haines in 1903 in McCulloch County. she preceded him in death.
