The Texas Employment Commission will send a team to BradyMcCulloch County next week to conduct a labor market study and economic report. Officials will set up at the Chamber of Commerce to register unemployed residents and gather data on industry resources transportation and potential markets to attract new industry and jobs.

Four Brady youths Douglas Snowden Joe Sanchez Douglas Jarrett and Benny Galindo depart Sunday for a week at Camp Hoblitzelle near Dallas camp chairman I V Pearson said they will be met at Midlothian bus station and driven to the site. The camp occupies 349 acres seven miles south of Midlothian and offers cabins pool lake and planned meals as part of 13 weeks of summer activities for 2290 youths. The Salvation Army operates in McCulloch County via the McCulloch County United Fund.

Nelson Dukes resigns as assistant cashier of Brady National Bank to become cashier at Paint Rock First State Bank. He will assume duties July 1.
