Melvin Texas to Hold City Bond Election in August 1959
The City of Melvin Texas will hold an election on August 5 1959 to authorize 41000 in revenue bonds to pay off existing debt and 39000 in revenue bonds to extend the waterworks system. The measure is proposed by the city council in a July 21 1959 resolution and order.
